Project Swabhimaan

Project Swabhimaan is a state-level Women Empowerment campaign initiated by Youthika, that aims to help deprived women livelihood. Intending to upskill 10,000+ underprivileged women by the end of this year and starting small businesses for them, that they could run themselves is the end goal of this mission. 
For phase- one that launches in April, we have identified over 1000 women in Thane and 500 women in Sambhajinagar who will be taught in classes set up by Youthika, their preferred skill (embroidery/ stitching/ baking) by established mentors in the field with 10+ years of experience. Next, after the 3 months and additional coaching in finance and inventory management and social media management, Youthika would work to establish them businesses and help them run those profitably,  hence commencing the mission of making women financially stable. These classes would run all around the year, stay tuned for updates and pictures!
