Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Khel Mahotsav

In a spirited effort to uplift financially dependent and underprivileged women, our NGO organized a remarkable two-day sports event with the goal of providing financial aid and promoting independence. This project aimed to create a platform where these women could pursue their interests, and gain financial independence. The event not only brought together athletes from all over the town but also fostered a sense of empowerment  and achievement.

Participants, ranging from various age groups and backgrounds, eagerly took part in a wide array of sporting events, including basketball, football, chess, tug of war, table tennis, and ofcourse the heart of india: cricket!
Every sport witnessed intense competition, showcasing the immense talent and dedication displayed by the participants.
Through this event, we have paved the way for a bright future, one where women can live independently and can express their interests and create a positive impact.

Youthika NGO organised a fundraiser in the form of Model United Nations (MUN) on August 6 and 7. This was the 2nd edition of the MUN, hence named, The Annual Model United Nations (TAMUNS) 2.0

With an overwhelming response of over 280 delegates from over 15 schools from all over Aurangabad, Youthika also invited the most experienced and talented Executive Board from all over India to Chair their committees. The event was held at Stepping Stones High School, Aurangabad. This conference was honoured by the presence of Mr. Piyush Kankriya, Vice President at one of the largest Finance institutes in the UK, as the chief guest. Students from multiples schools such as Nath Valley, Stepping Stones, Cambridge, Wockhardt, Podar, etc. delegated in committees such as the Lok Sabha, UNICEF, UNEP, UNCSW and the Anime. In the span of these two days, delegates deliberated upon world crisis like the Russia- Ukraine war, climate change, abortion rights and upon Implementation of the UCC at Lok Sabha. As the conference ended, the delegates walked out as more confident, tolerant and better citizens of the nation. The Director General Sayyomita Nahar led the organising team and together put up a great platform for the participants to learn, grow, sharpen their diplomatic acumen and become problem solvers.

Dressed up in vibrant Indian traditional wear on day 1 and western formals on day 2, the enthusiasm of the delegates and the organising committee was well reflected.

As a part of it’s upcoming campaigns, Youthika will be utilising the entire amount to change lives of orphan kids, who have never known how loving a mothers touch is or how calming a fathers presence is. They will benefit in terms of receiving education, nutritious food and shelter. Youthika thanks everyone who has been a part of this conference for helping them make the lives of these children a little happier, and their smiles a little broader!

The Annual Model United Nations Summit - TAMUNS

This online MUN was inaugurated by our honourable chief guest Retd. Colonel Manish Chaudhary. Mr Manish is our very own Kargil Hero, awarded by PM Modiji and an important leader of the Make In India conclave. The MUN had over eight committees each with an agenda of its own. An international, UN recognised MUN, for a registration fee of ₹400, over one hundred sixty delegates participated. TheExecutive Board had an experience of over one hundred MUNs. We provided free training sessions for all the first-timers to brief them on what an MUN is and how it works, tips on how to be the best delegate and advice on research, lobbying, rules of procedure, leadership etc and an opportunity to learn to ace public speaking! This was our fundraiser and gave memories our team, delegates and EB will forever cherish. Glad we could provide platforms for everyone to express their opinion and deliberate on world issues, we were the first Munning experience of over 95 delegates. The participants were given a participation certificate and the winners received a merit certificate both signed by our Chief Guest, Director General Ms. Sayyomita Nahar and Secretary General Ms. Rasha Syed.

Mr. Bansal has mentored more than 30,000 students and enabled them to achieve their goals. The minimal charge for the counselling session was ₹300 and around 100 entries were made. It surely was one of our most impactful fundraising events. All funds gathered were used for Project Mahavari, a national campaign aimed at improving the menstrual hygiene condition on India.
